2017 “M” Chardonnay- $36/bottle, 13.7% alc, produced by Master Sommelier and Winemaker, Chris Miller. Like the Bond fictional character “M”, Bobby’s wife, Marianna, does more behind the scenes to bring depth and richness to his life. Such is the “M” Chardonnay, almost Chabilis-like, with a flinty minerality that exudes aromoas of citrus, green apple and melon. It’s well-balanced with a long, deep finish. Enjoy!

2016 P1-Single Vineyard Paraiso- $59/bottle, 14.3% alc, produced by Master Sommelier and Winemaker, Chris Miller. This wine is from the old vine block of the acclaimed Paraiso Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Lots of structure frames this juicy Pinot Noir, with wild berry, black cherry, and blue plum fruit. Notes of roasted espresso beans and star anise underscore a smooth and easy-drinking palate. This exceptional wine, predominantly using Clone 777 gives this structured, juicy Pinot Noir its big cherry and wild berry fruit with espresso and spice undertones that shine brightly with no sense of heaviness or massive tannins.  This is a delicious, well-balanced and elegant wine that pairs beautiful with so many foods and is very drinkable by itself.
